Tips to incorporate fruit into our daily diet

It is very important when consuming fruits first wash them very well, if we eat them with the skin because of pesticide treatments to those who undergo the fruit trees, if we not properly washed we can consume chemical residues which can be harmful to our health. The best option would be to consume of organically grown fruits if we can dispose of them.
